If you are looking for a Trustworthy, Honest, and the best around for sure call PDQ. I have been working with Alex at my place of employment for a couple years. He came to my house today for an issue and spent time looking in every crack and crevice and explaining to me exactly what he thinks happening and how to remedy it. He went above and beyond looking from the ridge vent down to the foundation. His prices are very fair! I highly recommend him!!!!!

Watched them spraying the heck out of the library. Asked the guy of they use pesticides since I have a dog and lungs... he said yes, I told him you can get cancer from that... then he changed it and said all natural but no idea what the ingredients are and nothing on their site. STOP SPRAYING TOXIC CRAP IN OUR COMMUNITY, AIR WE BREATH, AND IN THE GROUND WHERE WATER AND FOOD COME FROM!

***Response to owner’s response*** I called the estimator person back because he had left me a message also asking questions. Besides, he got the voicemail and knew I had questions so he should have notified the office who should have reached out to me. Any good business would do that. Not a good look when you don’t return calls at all. Also a bad look to try to blame the customer when you dropped the ball.*** Very disappointed. Called for an estimate which was left at my door and that was fine. I was ready to hire them but just needed clarification on the different prices he left. I called him and left a message but he never bothered to call back. Had to go with someone else.

I was a customer of PDQ for many years. Last year they sent a young man to spray my house and he skipped a big section of it. I know this because I was at home at the time. I called the company to complain and asked them to come and finish the job. Because of this I received a letter from PDQ this year telling me that they were dropping me as a customer because I complained last year. So I would only recommend PDQ as long as you never put in a complaint because if you complain they will drop you like a hot potato.

They seem nice but never showed up for our scheduled time. I called 40 minutes after our appointment time and they said that they were behind at the office, which I understand but a heads up would have been helpful. I have other things to do besides waiting for people to show up.

I highly recommend PDQ. Very fast response. Local and will call again in spring for preventive maintenance!

These guys have the most thorough initial inspection and site preparation protocol of any exterminator I've ever used. They replaced our garage door seal and exterior door weatherstripping immediately and have eliminated all bugs!
