Have been receiving 4 treatments a year for a few years now. So far this year I have received the early spring treatment (03/23) and that has been it. No early or late summer treatment. Finally received a statement on 08/13/21. I have left 3 messages to try to pay this bill and state that I do NOT want the summer treatments only the fall. I have received 1 one phone call back (which I was unable to answer the phone) stating the phones have been down internet has been down and now the printer. Always something. I shouldn't need to take all this time to pay a bill. Time to start looking for better service

Called for an initial estimate and was promised a call back with the details. It’s been a month and I’ve left 3 voicemails. A customer shouldn’t have to work this hard Will be taking my business elsewhere.
