Horrendous. A tech showed up and did not complete the work that was supposed to be done, and the work done was terrible. I called and emailed numerous times, was told they would be back. Upon return visit was told we would be getting a reduced bill as the work was not completed. Not only did no one show up after that to complete the work, the bill was never fixed. Paid to have initial visit that included follow ups 14 and 30 days to verify the issue had been resolved. never followed up. Multiple calls and nothing, multiple times put on hold to just wait and wait with no response until eventually I hung up never came back to check anything not once ,and when I called to have it fixed and finally got a response I was told my contract had run out they would transfer me to the sales team!!!! I'm out 700+ dollars and would need to sign a new agreement. Mind yo
