After hiring a big company to remove groundhogs from a community garden for an exorbitant price and no groundhogs captured. I contacted Seitz and about 3/4 of the price caught 4 groundhogs the first day. Most of the cost is only incurred if there is success. Very friendly customer service. Highly recommend this company.

Terry and Greg designed, built, and installed screening to fit structures in our outdoor pavilion that were landings and nesting spaces for barn swallows and other birds. They also recommended a product to deter birds from nesting on hard to reach areas that has worked brilliantly! We are grateful for their work and look forward to working with them as needed.

Seitz Wildlife is family run and provided excellent service to me today. I was looking for somone to come out same day and chose Seitz because they were local and had positive reviews. They were very responsive and fit in a visit at the end of the day after another job they had. Our problem wasn't what I expected (fortunately) and they helped me at no cost since I didn't need the full inspection I thought I did.

Greg and Terri Seitz are a very professional, friendly, and competent team. They removed a bat that took up residence in between floors in our home. Not only are they knowledgeable and experts in this field, they are also very reassuring as they work through the process of helping the bat relocate. We feel fortunate to have found them!

Greg did an awesome job! I had a issue where birds got inside a high vent cover and built a nest within the duct. He was able to go through the crawlspace and replaced the duct. He recommended a few different options for vent covers and limitations for some. Since the birds were able get into the vent, there were lots of bird droppings on the siding. Without asking, Greg took the initiative to clean the siding and replaced the cover so it looked like new. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

We had an issue with birds building nests behind our shutters. Greg came up with a creative solution that would alleviate the problem. The finished product was so well done and integrated into the front of the house that you can't tell anything was done. He was meticulous in his work and did a great job! We would highly recommend him.

Terry Seitz is awesome! Last weekend I noticed a snake in my basement and reached out to Seitz to come and remove it if possible. The snake had disappeared and we did not where it went. Not only did Terry locate the snake and remove it ( miracle) she spent a long time checking the foundation for cracks and entry points and then sealed them. She was super patient and listened to all my concerns. I highly recommend Seitz!

Birds had gotten into our bathroom vent and made a nest. Seitz came out right away and was able to solve the problem quickly and humanely. They also installed guards on all other vents to prevent anything from getting in again. They were so professional and nice! I hope to never have to use them again, but I highly recommend!!

Terri and Greg are the ideal local small business owners to work with! We had a small piece of siding at the very top of our chimney that slipped down and some birds took advantage of the opening, starting to make themselves at home. Being about 30 feet in the air, it was not something I could deal with myself. Terri responded to my inquiry quickly and I sent her some photos. She gave me a ballpark estimate which was very fair. Greg and Terri came out (sooner than I expected) and made quick work of the problem. On top of that, Greg was able to repair some siding issues that were way up high. And he even replaced three floodlight bulbs that are too high for me. All for under what the estimate was. Oh, and they were incredibly nice to work with. Thank you, Terri and Greg!

We experienced serious problems with squirrels a few years ago. We used two different companies. One company we used 3 times. The problem never went away!! We never relaxed, just waiting for a new infestation. That's until last Spring when we discovered Seitz Wildlife & Chimney Services. I hunted for a new company and found Teri and Greg Seitz. Teri and Greg are true gems!! Professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Their skillset in this industry surpasses anything that I've seen previously. They rid our home of squirrels and repaired all the damage beautifully. Greg even replaced the soffit that blew off in a storm. He built it!! Greg is a craftsman, with great attention to detail. He's also very kind. This is an amazing family! Teri and Greg are an amazing team and so helpful. I highly recommend their service. They got rid of the squirrels, repaired our home beautifully, and relieved me of endless sleepless nights worrying about our home. Thank you both!

While fighting a mice problem and spending over $400 on a local exterminator we discovered that we also had a bat. After a quick google search we called and Teri quickly scheduled Greg to come out. Greg pinpointed the exact location and sealed a hole in our attic which also stopped the mice. Greg and Teri did a great job cleaning the attic and gave us peace of mind!! If you’re looking for a company that will actually find the entry point, not just drop poison, and fix the problem give them a call!!

100% recommend. I used Seitz for squirrels getting into my attic. Terri fully explained everything about the process and the steps. She answered all my questions. She responded to me in a timely manner when I contacted them. They don’t just get rid of the pests, they also fix up what’s allowing them to get in. I cannot say enough good things!

Greg and Terri of Seitz Wildlife are lifesavers. They solved our squirrel problem -- they installed a one-way door and fixed the damage caused by the squirrels. Other contractors said our roof was too steep and hard to reach, but it wasn't a problem for the Seitz team. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. We highly recommend them!

We used Seitz Wildlife Services for bat exclusion and they were friendly and helpful every step along the way. Terri and Greg worked with us to meet some ever changing deadlines since we needed to complete the work before the sale of our home. They were great to work with, were priced reasonably, and got the job done on time which was so critical for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs this type of work done!

This place has been absolutely awful. My family and I have had to call in 4 times just to find out a date of when they can come out for an inspection. They keep telling us they'll call us back, but no one ever does. We had 2 snakes in our basement and have a 2 year old, yet it appears our issue is not important enough for their attention. Not to mention their office is only 20 minutes away from us. You'd think with the picture of their family on their website that they would show at least a hint of consideration to help another family in need. Especially when we are trying to pay them for it. I would look elsewhere.

These guys are great and very knowledgable. I had a significant wildlife concern and they handled it very professionally. They had the option to charge me a fair bit but in fact advised me on some of my issues completely free of cost.

They were so professional and so quick to call us back. We had a family of birds in our exhaust fans that made it to the attic. They came out cleaned out the exhausts, cleaned the attic of all the nesting and debris. They knew I was sad about removing the babies and the nest and they were conscious of that and it made the whole situation better. Definitely recommend calling them and having them help you out.

We had a family of squirrels living in our roof/ceiling a couple years ago and they came out and got rid of them! No more dreadful scratching...it was driving me (and my cats) insane. We now have an unwanted raccoon couple in the backyard that just appeared tonight and they are disturbing other wildlife so well probably be making another call in the near future! 😆

Terri and Greg were extremely helpful! They provided fast, friendly and excellent service. They handled my snake issue on the first service call and answered all of my questions. 5 star service for sure. Would gladly recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.
