Ehrlich Pest Control

Terrible service. I used this company for our business as they offer organic services. Said i need a service once a month was told numerous times that is no problem. No one ever showed and still got billed. I stopped paying them just so I could get in contact with someone. I had an inspection scheduled at one point months ago. Wife took off of work to do it no call no show and months later nothing ever came of it. I pray western expands their service here. I spent lots of money while paying this

Worst company to deal with. Have a location that uses Ehrlich. Wanted to add another of my properties but told the rep that I would not be settling on that location for a few more weeks. Received a good monthly price for both. Was told that a representative would call to set up the appointment at the new location. Never received the call. I would give zero stars for Ehrlich if I could. The customer service is horrible, they do not listen and none of them know what is going on. We had Ehrlich for years with a wonderful tech who cared and made sure he covered everything. We never had any issues. Then he retired and the new guys are there for about 6 minutes and we have had nothing but problems. I called to cancel the service in the beginning of the year and I guess Ehrlich didn't want to listen because they sent someone out without
