Sunset Comes to the Rescue! Recently got back from our vacation and noticed that it was about time for our Sunset application. GOOD THING! Cutting the grass I "uncovered" a very ornery nest of yellow-jackets! These little buggers wanted me and the vibration of the machine GONE! Called SUNSET to alert them of the location - and the next day Shane and the crew took care of the issue! Unfortunately my wife got stung once. I dodged the bullet! Shane and Jeff were great! Shane explained everything in detail regarding how they would exterminate the hornets nest that was along my house wall, chimney and into my soffit. I called Sunset pest solutions for a wasp problem that was getting worst after a visit from another company. My daughter uses them and has nothing but good things to say about them. I found that to be true. I called the office, and Chelsea answered the phone, and I immediately felt like I made the right chose. She said she would talk to Shane and get back to me. Within 20 minutes she called back and told me Shane would be out to handle my problem. Shane was very professional and courteous, explained what was happening and took care of the problem. I called Sunset Pest about a bee infestation at our office, come to find out that yellow jackets had a hive in our exterior a/c unit piping and they were entering the unit to the inside of our office. Very thankful that Sunset had an opening and was able to come almost within the hour - SAME DAY!! Tim was extremely professional, took his time assessing the situation, treated all areas and was very informative of what happens next.
