We use Turf Tamers for lawn treatment. Monroe does great work. Our lawn looks great every year, even during dry spells.

My husband and I built our home in the York area nearly a year ago and it all comes down to quality and value for the price we paid Turf Tamers to give us the lawn our home builder never could have provided. The first photo shows November 15, 2024 - the day we closed on our home. Turf Tamers arrived in late August of this year and these are the results shown in early October 2025 not even a year later - what a difference a year makes…. we are so incredibly satisfied with Turf Tamers’ services, communication , dedication, hands on hard work and reasonable pricing to give us the lawn of our dreams. Update 12/12/25 : we hired Turf Tamers LLC to come out and plant several trees around our property and to watch it done so professionally was a thing to behold! We are grateful and pleased with the work performed last weekend and we’re sure our new trees are going to enhance our property in both beauty and value! Pictures below!

Monroe is an excellent independent lawn service provider!! He was able to help turnaround my dying lawn within 2 years. My grass is tough to keep looking good due to large number of trees on my property. Lots of shade and tree roots makes the grass thin in many areas. Monroe has diligently worked to improve the health and thickness of my lawn. Always a work in progress, but my yard looks 100% better since I started working with Turf Tamers!! Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend!!! Turf Tamers is my choice for our lawn fertilizing needs. White glove service at an affordable price point. Monroe uses food grade chemicals safe for pets children and alike. Once application applied, you only have to wait 2 hours before returning to your lawn!?! Easy to work with and responsive!!!

This is the third year that I've had Turf Tamers take care of my lawn. They do a great job. Great communication. My yard has come a long way since they started. My buddy who owns his own landscaping company has Turf Tamers treat his yard. Would definitely recommend!

Monroe has completely turned our yard around. Two years ago we had about 10 pine trees removed for solar panels and a bunch of bald spots in the yard. It has really filled in and we are beyond pleased. I highly recommend Turf Tamers for you yard needs.
