When Andrew M. was in route to my home, the company’s customer portal sent me a text with the service provider’s photo! I appreciate the communication and the fact that the company provide’s customers with the service technician’s image - it’s nice to know who to expect at your home. Andrew M. showed up on time, and handled the job quickly and efficiently! It’s such a relief to have my squirrel issue handled!
