They got rid of the mice for just long enough that I will have to pay for them to come back. The service was expensive (over $400) and I was offered a one-year commitment quarterly package (very expensive) that I declined. We have been in our home for four years and this is the first time we have had a problem. I thought they could eradicate it but they only did so temporarily. It feels like you have to sign up for the annual package or else you won’t get their best effort.

We had yellow jackets nesting in our front porch column. I called spectrum, describe the problem, and got a price which was agreeable. Brad came out this morning at 9:30 and dusted the yellow jackets. Lethal to them not harmful to anyone else. Eight hours later they’re gone. It was quick, courteous and informative.
