This is our second year with NLA-Chester - beyond disappointing. Our lawn is a mess with weeds and their machines have left huge bare patches and divots where they tore through what was growing. Long history of mis-communications, mis-information and "missing" notes from our service records. The list of excuses is extraordinary and the latest is that they didn't treat the stilt grass because it was our responsibility to ask them to do this - even though we asked on multiple occasions. Absolutely the worst attention to detail ever!!! If I could rate them a negative star I would! We have been using them for more than 3 years and our yard is beyond belief worse than when we started their service.
