I contacted Concise Pest Control tonight for an issue with mice in my home.Richard came within a hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He put poison packets all over my house and explained everything he did. He also has very reasonable prices and is fair and honest. If you have a pest control issue contact him. He also is a bed bug specialist.

Absolutely Excellent service. We kept seeing a mouse no matter how much traps we put down. Sneakiest mouse I’ve ever encountered. Called thinking they’d come next day. No they came at 9:15pm at night! Thrilled with the service and how prompt and helpful and friendly. If I have other issues I will surely be calling them. Reasonably priced and incredibly knowledgeable. Thanks for your help!

Concise Pest Control services came to my mom’s house and did a fantastic job, my mom had 1 mouse, there is no such thing as 1 mouse-always many. Richard put mouse poison everywhere and traps throughout and sprayed the entire place (if you want it added) for bugs as well. The mouse is gone, that was just last week. Also, his price is reasonable, plus you’re not locked into an agreement, just excellent service. Other companies want you to paid and lock you into 6 months or yearly service agreement. I know because I called several companies. Plus their price is extremely high. Call Concise Pest Control - they will not disappoint.

I had huge rat in my home Im a single mother with a child he came right away three times even after business hours he dropped everything just to make sure me and my son were safe iam truly grateful not only that he reached out to me so he could in fact make sure the problem went away he sealed up holes even though it was not his job . I only felt safe to go in my home when he was around he's a great guy ! He goes above and beyond . I highly recommend not only that his pricing is fair . He puts alot into what he does I'm very satisfied

Thank you Christina I can't believe that Mark left a one-star review he still never paid his bill I'm perfectly fine with that I just cannot believe this guy there must be something wrong with him I just can't believe it Mark Morley I have no idea why this guy would give me one star I asked this gentleman for payment I told him $225 he never sent payment I tried to contact him several times and he got mad and gave me one star because he didn't want to be contacted he still never paid his bill in full I gave him the best job ever after hours I went back several times to make sure the rat was gone and it was going and I told him the rat is gone can you send payment he did not he sent half the payment so when I contacted him several times he got mad because I contacted him more than once when a job is done the customer usually pays for this guy just didn't want to pay his bill I still have not received payment from Mark Morley in full
