Initially, I signed up for a call back online about our pest problem. I stated in the comments that we had a critter in our bedroom ceiling, to which we have NO access. We have no attic nor crawl space. When I received a called back, I explained to the woman, again, that there was no access. She said this would be no problem and that it sounded like it may be a rat. She told me I would be charged an initial fee of $145 and then every two months for a yearly service be charged $80 some dollars. I

This company is an absolute joke, please if you need extermination services take my word and use any company other then these guys. I was charged nearly 1,000 dollars and the issue was not resolved at all, unexpierienced techs come out to make money for themselves not resolve your pest problem. I’m my experience with any company they are the biggest thieves of any I have personally encountered, talking to my current pest control company the procedure should have taken 1.5 to 2 hours to complete
