I have used EPS twice and am extremely pleased. Brian was responsive, professional, on time, considerate, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Our problem was solved quickly for each occurrence. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Absolutely deplorable… had them come to my home to help me get rid of an animal in my attic … the guy hardly even stuck his head into my attic. Even though I told him where to look he didn’t do more than a quick glance up there. He put a trap up there in such a way that no animal could possibly get into it even if it wanted to . Also said they would put something up to block anything else from getting in and never did …. Charged me $200 for a 10 min home visit for nothing

When we returned for a scheduled follow-up visit, we were informed that the customer no longer wanted the trap to remain in the attic. As a result, we were not given the opportunity to fully carry out or complete the service as intended.<br><br>We strive to provide thorough and effective service, and we regret that we were unable to proceed as planned under these circumstances.

rather than a bunch of verbal diarrhea upon showing up when I was on the phone, not interpreting at any point that this service bought out by Spencer's brother Dana, was now utilizing products that can be purchased at Home Depot. Having waited three weeks for the initial appointment since contact, the above being mentioned on the day that the person showed up, not very professional at all as you had every opportunity to let me know that you're not licensed to exterminate but yet advertising a false narrative at the same time. Unfortunately that's very deceptive and what a loss of time as I did not have opportunity while on the phone to interpret why you were not able to spray inside the structure. The job failed. Despite notification a very lengthy wait time for turnaround on an appointment to re-spray, had to reach out to Spencer original owner of the company to get in touch with his brother Dana, Too ridiculous of a person and you're responsible to get back in touch with me that had to happen in order to facilitate the second appointment, I realized after scheduling something was wrong. Only after scheduling the second spray, It dawned on me to ask if these products were that I could even trust as to what Spencer used to spray. Come to find out they are not. This was a total loss of two months time for a bunch of nonsense. Rather disappointed escalating.

Ted and his boys were amazing!!! I was really in a bind with critters and he was out in 30 minutes. Brian and Teddy were great and explained everything and extremely helpful! I am transferring all of my properties to them and leaving the corporate pest control place I’ve been using with constant frustration.

It was 48 hours before we were leaving on vacation in our travel trailer and we found a hive in the skylight when we went to load it. I called around 7 pm and Ted made it out the next day and took care of it. Great to work with.

Incredibly helpful and honest. I live in Virginia and mistakenly called this PA-based business with the same name as a business down here. The call lasted several minutes before either of us recognized the mixup and he was very professional and helpful, providing me with honest insight about what was and was not necessary to remove a squirrel and clean up the mess the squirrel has left in my home. Even after realizing it was not geographically possible to have my business, he continued to advise me and provide me with the information necessary to figure out who was ripping me off down here, and did so in an extremely patient, friendly, and professional manner. If you are in Pennsylvania, I highly recommend using his services. If you are in Virginia, I highly recommend calling him by accident and finding out the real deal about what the whole trapping and exclusion process should include and cost.

I had a problem with the bees. He came in only to do the outside, but did nothing inside. He charged me for 2 gallons of Fidronil and it wasn't true. His son sprayed 2 spots in 2 secs. I called him for the 2nd time & he didn't want to do it again. I really don't recommend this service.

I "cold called" EPS for a wasp problem found by painters in a 2nd floor soffit at my house. They were at my house within 3 hours of my call, and completed the job in less than 15 minutes. The entire wasp nest was dead when the painters checked it a day later. Fantastic response time and exactly the results that are expected. These guys are professionals.

Ted and his team are awesome. Had him out once in the winter for wasps and haven’t seen one in my lower level since. Had him out recently to spray my property for spiders as a precautionary measure and got on his quarterly plan. His prices are extremely reasonable, he’s always been on time, and his products are animal friendly which is a huge plus since I have a dog. I recommend!
