Jeff and his associate are very considerate of my situation. He allowed time for me to describe/ vent the situation to him. He is knowledgeable professional. Jeff explained the process thoroughly and answered any questions I asked.

I used this company to remove raccoons that had got in to a small space in my attic. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and the woman who answered the phone was so nice and professional. She answered all of my questions and helped me get booked quickly. They resolved my issue and we never had another issue again!

We didn't even make it to our appointment. The person taking calls on the phone was very disinterested and apathetic when we called. We don't expect a red carpet service, but having to call pest control can be very stressful and upsetting to most. The person making the appointments is a customer's first point of contact. They play a major role in shaping the customer's opinion of the company, and how invested they will be in helping to solve the customer's problem. When we called (XYZ) service instead, we at least received the minimum consideration, and got an appointment much quicker. This is a serious situation for us, and we deserve to be taken seriously.

Such an unprofessional company and owner. No organization. Employee turnover must be at an all time high. Will never use or support this business again.

Very prompt and quick service

Jeff the owner came out to help us with a minor problem. He identified the areas of the home that were open to bugs and other creatures getting in. He was honest and fair, and the price was appropriate for the work he did. Highly recommend using Jeff as it hard to find honest help these days.

Since buying my home last spring, I’ve had some issues with spiders and centipedes in my basement. I was with another pest company, but unfortunately wasn’t getting great service, so I called around and got a few quotes from reputable companies in the area. I chose Complete Pest Solutions because I felt their package and pricing was the best deal. With my prior company, I was paying more for 3 sprays a year and only on the exterior of my home. With this package, I’m paying slightly less and getting 4 sprays a year, both inside and outside. The customer service seems great too. Alexa, who I spoke with on the phone for my quote and scheduling, was very kind and helpful. The tech, Noah, was informative, friendly and thorough. The spray is pet friendly which I appreciate. The tech also takes care of the payment which I actually prefer. You can pay with cash, check, or card. I am glad I found a reputable pest company and highly recommend them!

It was a little expensive but the problem was taken care of.

They told me multiple times they took care of snakes, scheduled an appointment the guy was over a hour late wasn't even sure if he was still coming, he gets here and tells me he's not a snake expert and normally doesn't deal with snakes looks around says to caulk up gaps and put some glue traps down as I am already doing, pretty much tells me there's nothing he can really do but sprinkle powder down and do some glue traps which he doesn't have, and I am already doing that, and then the company wouldn't give me the home inspection fee back went around and around for almost 2 months trying to get my money back and for them wasting my time.

From the moment I called them, they were so friendly and helpful. They actually listened to my concerns, and they were very patient to explain the process to me. Some other pest companies are more focused on sales than helping you, but not this one! Very professional, Alexa is so kind! We used them for multiple services and we will continue to. Very happy with the service and their help.

They came out right away. Set humanly removal systems for the woodchucks and also extermination for the house. They did a GREAT job.
