I can't say enough about how fantastic this company is. They treat you like family, remaining professional yet personable. I had reached out to Selena and Jeremy because I needed a new radon fan and manometer installed. They were extremely flexible with their timeline, quoted us almost $100 less than some other local companies, and even ensured we had a thorough understanding of how the system would work. I will be referring them for any applicable work moving forward!

The whole process from reaching out to get a quote, having someone come give a quote, to the installation has been nothing but professional. Yesterday I had my installation and my installer was running late due to traffic. I completely understand that as someone who commutes an hour to work every week day. Selena, their office manager, let me know a few minutes after he was supposed to arrive that he was running late. I just appreciate being reached out to because I took a day off to get this work done. My installer, Connor, was also very nice, polite, and thorough. He even said hi to both of my dogs. I couldnt recommend this company enough. Thank you to the whole team at Precision for making my home safer.

Great company, highly recommended. We had a hard time finding a reputable company willing to drive out to us. They promptly fixed our radon issue in the basement, and they were professional and courteous. Upon testing our radon levels, the system they installed worked properly and reduced our radon levels to zero. If we have any more radon issues, we will definitely use them again!

After months of trying—unsuccessfully—to work with our builder during our new home's warranty period to resolve serious radon issues, we finally decided to bring in a third party. That decision made all the difference. From the very start, working with Selena, Jeremy, and Connor was a breath of fresh air. Selena was consistently kind, professional, and easy to communicate with over the phone. Jeremy brought a wealth of knowledge to the table, clearly explaining our options and recommending a smart, effective course of action. And Connor, our on-site radon technician, was excellent—friendly, professional, and meticulous. He installed the radon fan, sealed our basement thoroughly, and even vacuumed up after the work was done. True craftsmanship and care. They didn’t stop there—Precision also connected us with a fantastic roofer to correct a poorly installed radon pipe in our attic that needed to be moved away from the roof trusses. Thanks to their team, our radon levels dropped from over 20 to consistently between 0.13 and 0.5. That’s a massive improvement. Seriously—stop scrolling and just make the call. You won't be disappointed.

We highly recommend Precision Inspections & Radon Solutions, they were phenomenal to work with. In 2021 our passive radon system was activated and in 2023 we had another suction point installed closer to the center of our basement; however, our radon level averaged double digits. Selena scheduled our appointment for Jeremy to evaluate our radon system, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. During Jeremy’s visit, we learned there was negative pressure in the basement when we closed the door that leads down to the basement. Jeremy identified the negative pressure resulted from a return that was installed when our new HVAC system was installed. Our HVAC company came out and moved the return from the lower area of the wall to the ceiling and the 30 day radon pCi/L average went from 14.9 to 1.8 pCi/L. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, professional and super respectful. Thank you, sincerely, for helping us with our radon issue.

I have an existing radon system but the level was creeping up. The gentleman who came out was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended I fix some foundation cracks and see if the levels change before pursing more costly options. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them!

The best company around for installing Radon Mitigation Systems. The installer was extremely professional, and his attention to detail was top-notch. Our system was installed beautifully and color-matched the existing downspouts to match the house. The price was extremely affordable for the quality of work performed. I highly recommend! A+++++

A different company installed a passive radon mitigation on my house at the time of construction. I was getting high radon readings, so I had the original company come back to check what was wrong. They added a fan to the system, but I was still getting high readings. I called Precision Radon Solutions. Jeremy came to my place and very quickly diagnosed the problem (the inside of the PVC pipe was obstructed). He cut it open right there and sure enough it was packed with concrete and gravel. He fixed it for me same day and charged a very reasonable rate. On top of all this, everyone I interacted with at Precision Radon Solutions was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Excellent business that I would be more than happy to recommend and use again without hesitation.

My wife and I hired precision inspections after putting in a offer on a home. They were super friendly and easy to work with while speaking over the phone. They sent Mike out for our inspection and he was very, very thorough! He was also very approachable and I would recommend his service to anyone.

Jeremy was absolutely wonderful to work with. We have a stone 1800's house with an addition. It was a little more complex than most situations. Jeremy said no worries, it was nothing he hadn't dealt with in the past. Our radon level was retested after installation and is at 0.5. He was very patient and nice with discussing everything in thorough detail with my boyfriend. Their work was immaculate.

We were beyond impressed with Precision's work! They were friendly, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with their mitigation measures...left the site very clean! They even noticed an unrelated propane issue that we were able to make safe the same day. We very highly recommend!

My wife and I recently built a house in the Harrisburg area and were shocked when the radon test measured over 25 times the safe limit. For multiple reasons, we wanted to address the issue immediately. Our realtor recommended Precision and we were able to quickly get an appointment for a free consultation. When the radon level still tested high after the initial visit and fan install, Jeremy and his team worked diligently to find a solution, including redoing our builder's suction point, and adding a second one to bring the level down to an acceptable range. They kept us informed throughout the process and were excellent to work with. They did not hesitate to answer any clarifying questions we had, keeping us updated throughout the install process. Radon sucks. It's dangerous and renders areas of the house uninhabitable. Luckily I was in great hands with Precision. We reviewed numerous options and competitors before arriving at Precision from a personal referral. What earned them the work was their approach to customer service. Jeremy and Selena are two of the nicest people I've ever met and a pleasure to work with. I never felt ignored or misheard - it's helpful to have patient professionals when I literally have no idea what I'm talking about. Jeremy took a look around the basement and was very straightforward about what needed to be done. He honored my desire to keep the exhaust away from the front of the house in his design. He was also very clear about their expiration on his quotes - materials prices are crazy right now and I felt really confident in his transparency about it. After a couple of reschedules due to some other work we were having done concurrently, installation day arrived. I got to meet Connor who is just a super cool guy and a master at his craft. Go look at the pictures, it is amazing how nice it looks. He was quick and friendly. He also didn't leave anything behind from his work - I went to my own job upstairs all day and when I came down later in the afternoon it was done. He explained everything carefully to me and gave me clear instructions about how to do the followup radon test. The next week I had a couple of questions about the system in conjunction with our basement waterproofing project and Jeremy was very responsive and helpful.
