I would not recommend L&L Pest Control based on my experience. They provided service to my home only once, but I was charged multiple additional times afterward. When I called to ask what the extra charges were for, the representative was rude, condescending, and unable to clearly explain or justify the charges. Rather than risk damage to my credit, I paid the disputed charges even though I still did not receive a satisfactory explanation. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and questionable billing practices made this a very frustrating experience. I expected honest communication and professional treatment from a "family owner business", but unfortunately that was not what I received.

I gave this company the opportunity to make things right and will update this review if that happens. Until then, based on my experience, I would encourage others to consider their options. I also encourage anyone considering this company to take the time to review the Better Business Bureau page and read through the customer complaints and concerns that are publicly available. My experience is my own, but I found it helpful to review publicly available information and saw my experience is not the only negative one. When a company provides poor service they should fix. They did offer to come, however I had to pay a fee for them to address them mistakes that were made. I learned that some companies can spend hours making excuses for poor service. When a customer says they’re unhappy, the goal shouldn’t be proving them wrong it should be making it right. I was taught to do it right the first time. Unfortunately, that accountability seems to be missing here? A company that values its customers will seek to understand their concerns, not dismiss them.
