I have had a contract for 7 years at one of my 2 houses. Very professional outfit that texts before and after they come to service the property. Got a 2nd contract at my primary property after discovering a termite mud tube in the basement there. They came in a day and treated for termites pumping in liquid through drilled holes in porch. Also put in bait traps. A little pricey but you have to do something rapidly when you discover termites before they cause structural damage. There are termites everywhere in my area. One local area is called 'termite hill'. Not at all unusual to find termites here.....

I’m not happy about spending $75 per month and still having to deal with sugar ants, spiders and carpenter ants. I have cob webs all over my porch and in my garage!!

I had a guy cancel on me and send his buddy to come out and look. He flashed a flash light under a pillow and was here for like 5 minutes. I called the original guy to come out and he said he would come in a week. While he canceled again.

The awesome service continues. Technician discussed current observations and concerns before providing flawless service.

Charged me for a years service and only came once. I'm out over $500. Reading other reviews it seems to be a normal practice for them. Called them and they said they canceled my service because I moved. Been in the same house for over 30 years and still live there. They want to charge me all over again and the first year isn't even up. Told him you still owe me service and his comment was we owe you nothing. BEWARE OF THEM

Contracted them for a wildlife exclusion service to remove a squirrels from my attic. The contract has for three years, after a full year and over 20 visits. They still haven’t solved the problem. The last two appointments that were made, they never showed up. Impossible to get a management on the phone. Worst service provider I have ever used. Call literally any other pest control company, they couldn’t possibly be any worse.

Great job by Terminix. Very timely quick and so far no issues. Thank you,
