I have had the absolute pleasure of using CPS for roughly 10 years (?). Tom and Shari are genuinely wonderful people and I could not be happier to work with a family owned company. Their genuine care and attentiveness to our issues doesn't go unnoticed and their techs are top notch. I've had several, all of whom have been amazing, most recently Bobby. He is truly amazing. You can tell he really does care about our property and making sure the issues he has addressed previously are still good. He is certainly an asset, as are all of the techs we've had. I have, and will continue, to recommend CPS to anyone in need of an extermination company. Keep up the great work!!❤️

Your technician Bobby Dixon is absolutely the nicest person on the planet. He has helped me get rid of my rodents like I can’t even express to how much I appreciated his help. He is awesome like awesome. I can’t even tell you he’s on top of it. I saw him in the hallway when I came home and he wasn’t here from my apartment but he asked me how everything went. How’s it going? You know he came in check that was nice. he said he looks good and I’m beyond grateful I was having a heart attack. He is the best and he deserves a raise and I hope he gets it. excellent service, came out within a day or two

Went above and beyond trying to come up with solutions for a squirrel problem I had. Worked with me and a roofer to ensure all entry points were covered. All for a great price and humanly relocated the squirrels that were in my attic. Thank you! Also have used them previously throughout the years at various rental properties. Wood recommend for general pest services as well.

During a stressful event - I was thankful that I worked with Custom Pest Solutions. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with my situation.

Tom picked up the phone and was able to schedule the service for treating carpenter ants in our home the same day. Eric was very professional in exterminating the the ants we were unable to control with over the counter products. Price was very reasonable and guaranteed for 30 days. Its been over a week and we are ant free. Thanks Tom and Eric!

If you need pest control- call Custom Pest Solutions. The owner, Tom, is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I called in a panic after a termite bloom, I spoke with Cara- she is awesome! She had me text her some pictures, called me back after speaking with the lead technician and seamlessly scheduled our appointment. Kevin was out later that day. He fully explained what was happening, our treatment options and answered any questopns.. He was a delight. He arrived promptly and explained the entire process. Cara and Kevin are topnotch, it was a pleasure. Thank you CPT!

I can’t say enough good things about Tom & Custom Pest Solutions. We tried so many exterminators to help with our springtail problem and all they did was take our money & leave the springtails. This is the first company that was knowledgeable about them, cared, was honest, & most importantly got rid of the springtails that were EVERYWHERE! On top of that they were reasonably priced! Also Kevin who sprayed our property was awesome as well. Couldn’t be happier with this company!

I’ve been using CPS for around 15 years on various properties. Tom came through for me again. We have a problem with a yellow jacket nest and they were getting into the house. I called Tom late Saturday afternoon, he returned my call a short while later. I showed him my problem on a FaceTime Call and he said he’d be at my house at noon the next day. He came today, Sunday, and took care of the yellow jacket nest. CPS has great customer service and the owner, Tom, and all of his technicians, are great people as well. Use CPS on your next pest issue, you won’t be disappointed.

Always available and reliable. I’ve been using CPS for years and have never felt over-charged for house visits. Today they came early in the morning to remove a wasp nest over the weekend before a party. The team is always pleasant and helpful.

Not all superheros wear capes! We moved to the area from out of state. Within days we realized that our yard had a major tick problem. I frantically googled, and thankfully I was connected with Tom who dropped everything he was doing to come to my house to assess. He came back the next day to treat the yard with Kevin who has taken care of us since. Kevin is the best! He’s timely, he’s so kind and he answers all my questions. Kara in the office is so nice. She’s always able to get us on the schedule quickly! Overall, after 14 months of service provided by Custom Pest, we are so pleased. We couldn’t ask for anything more! Our tick problem has been solved and they make sure it stays at bay!

Tom was quick to respond and come out and inspect my termite problem. He explained the situation and unfortunately was not able to treat the termites due to their location in the house and my tile floors.

We worked with Josh to remove bees from our roof. He was great, came the day we called him, and was able to climb up 2 stories to reach our roof and spray the bees. Very professional and nice. Would highly recommend!

Turns out Custom Pest Solutions is just a couple of blocks away from me, so I am glad I am helping a local business and a company that is owner run. All I can say is WOW!! These guys are friendly, responsive, and ready to help out when you need them most. Tom, Josh, Shari, Diana, and the rest of the crew at Custom Pest Solutions helped us out here at the Wissahickon Valley Public Library when we discovered a nest of yellow jackets on the side of our building. Within hours, Tom and his team were here and stepped up to remove the hive. I was so impressed with the speed, manners, and willingness to help our library out!
