I had a wasp nest in June and Harpoon's Vernon came out and took care of it. This fall, for the first time in 19 yrs, I had a mouse issue. Jason and Quincy have been my technicians. Both did thorough inspections and treatments and Quincy really helped relieve my anxiety and told me spots to seal up. They were out again and so far, so good. (Knock on wood). I highly recommend their service. Tim was out today 5/6/2022 and did the monthly inspection and sprayed. Unbeknownst to me, there was a sign of mouse again. He checked all bait stations and traps. Hopefully the little critter will go back outside. Vernon was out last visit and took care of everything. He even gave me some interesting information. Jeff was out today, 9/17/24 and replaced all the bait stations that needed it and added one for the garage since he noticed some signs of activity. The technicians are really courteous and educate me on the issues I have questions about. Jermaine was out today 6/19/2025. He was friendly, professional and very thorough with the service. He is an asset to the company. Jermaine was here today, 10/10/2025 and did a full service. Everything looked good, fingers crossed! Very professional and courteous. Jermaine was out 2/24/2026 and did full service. Everything looks good and he gave us some tips on prevention. Always professional, friendly and courteous. I like having the same 1-2 technicians come out so they keep track of what's going on. Jermaine and new hire Mike were out 5/5/2026. Did full service, no issues. Always professional, friendly and courteous. Mike was out today, 8/12/26. He did full service, no issues. He was very thorough and made sure I didn't have any concerns or questions.

Mike is wonderful as usual, Mike rocks!!! He is the best employee that Harpoon Pest Solutions have. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all completely. I highly recommend Mike!!!

They were good for the 1st 6 or so months and then maybe new employees or new policy but they have been next lvl bad. Missed multiple appointments and said they would give me a refund but instead charged me. Good luck getting in touch with anyone there. I’m still waiting for my refund:)

Had harpoon solutions come out and they barely put down whatever it was for the pests for bugs and almost forgot to take payment plus them told me on the phone they would come out in two weeks and I wouldn't have to pay for the second application and that would show me that the service works really good and I would want to sign a contract with them for future services. Well they made the appointment with my wife for 2 weeks out and never showed. Called them multiple times no one answered or returned my call. So i went there today with the address to confront them and it's not even a business it's a regular home address. So I guess that they are scam operation..I would not recommend calling them. And right after they had my card information all of a sudden I was getting charged on my account for weird stuff like pickle ball and faith solutions which I never heard of. So watch out and do not get anything done with this place located in Aston on buffington Rd it's not real!!!

Scheduled an appointment for Ant treatment. No call, no show! Got a voicemail from later in the day looking for payment. I called back, left a voicemail to reschedule. Never heard back from them.

Harpoon recently performed termite remediation and they were very reasonably prices, and very experienced with termite infestation and they also showed me where any damage was.

Harpoon has done a great job recently with the ongoing servicing of my home. Jeffrey was really great and knowledgeable.

It's only been a couple of days from my first treatment date and i haven't seen any sightings. My follow up is the end of month it still no sightings I will be over joyed

I've been having problems with Bee's nesting in my front yard hedges, in fact, I was stung by one! I contacted Harpoon's and they sent out their Tech, Vernon Brown. Vernon identified what type of Bee's they were and sprayed the hedges. He advised to wait two days for the chemical to take effect. Well, it's been a week and "No Bee's"! ... I am very satisfied with Harpoon's Service and highly recommend them!
