I do not recommend this service. They schedule an appointment without consulting you. I would receive an email notifying me when my appointment was but I don't often check my email so wouldn't know when the appointment would be. They would show up anyway and I would turn them away saying please call and make the appointment with me personally instead of just assigning me an appointment without my consent. Well, they did not do this and ended up showing up when I wasn't home and sprayed the outside of the house without my consent or knowledge, then still charged me the full amount. Very unprofessional. If you wish to have people come to your house without consent, do half of the job contracted and still get charged then this is the place for you!

Shaq is the best service tech we have ever had. Not only is he polite and enthusiastic, he teaches about the product and listens to what you need. I'm always happy to see him!

Tech Shaquille Darnell was very professional and friendly. Did a great job, thorough and very respectful of our needs and direction.
