I had a bed bug treatment done... the technician, Josh was friendly and courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. However; There was all this talk of covers for box springs to trap bugs, and mitigate and more spread, but there were no covers used which any step missed on a $1000 treatment is pretty irritating since I was told we needed a whole house treatment for that amount when only one room was found to be lightly infested. Also, I came home to find a very expensive rug in our living room had a greasy stain left on it from shoes, equipment, .. I'm not sure what it was from, but it was grease, so I assume it was from equipment. This rug is very expensive to replace (Over $2000) and it cannot be cleaned conventionally. I tried to do what I could, but it has left a permanent spot. I expect better for $1000. I feel it was wasted when one room treated would have seemed to do the trick when it was verified there was no other bed bugs found anywhere else. It definitely feels like a rip off.

The encasement is scheduled to be installed during your upcoming two-week follow-up visit. Our bed bug treatment program includes follow-up inspections and services every two weeks until control is achieved, and we remain committed to seeing this process through to a successful resolution.
