Be cautious when signing a service agreement with this company. The first two services were as expected but after the initial service fees (which are higher than the monthly fees) I was told by the technician who came out that "I was not paying enough for the service I was expecting" despite what my signed agreement stated. He told me to call the office and speak to a manager, so after speaking with two different managers plus the service rep who prepared the service agreement, they scheduled another technician out to complete the services that were stated in the service agreements (one of the managers did try to talk me into having the same service tech out who told me I wasn't paying enough but I was not comfortable with that, perhaps this was a problem???). The day the new technician came out to do those services, he called and told me he needed to reschedule due to a storm coming in which was not a problem at all. He explained that he would let the manager know and they would get me rescheduled. That was on June 30th but I never heard back from anyone, so by July 9th I decided to cancel my services which it states I can do so by submitting a 30 day written notice (it does not specify where to send the notice so make sure you ask when signing your agreement). I submitted my request to cancel all services to my sales rep (at the number that I have used in previous communication with him) and also sent an email to the address that my invoices were sent from (not sure if it is able to be used in this way) but I have had no response from anyone at Mother Nature's Pest and Lawn. I am not one to leave a negative review, and I left out all of the names of the people out of respect, but I am writing this in part as further documentation that I submitted a request to cancel services (in case I have to dispute any charges) and also with the hope that this might reach someone who will confirm my request to cancel services. I spent $620.00 for 2 months of services (mole and ant services) and had no clue the kind of hassle I was paying for.

After many months of your gopher control I had more gophers than when you started.

Hello, Jay! After searching our records we don’t show you have a gopher service with us. Your account is currently treated for general pest that covers ants, spiders, etc for a barrier around your home. Our office manager is reaching out to help answer any questions and clarification for what services are being provided.
I have had a very unpleasant experience. When I signed up, I was told that someone would come in November to check the bait for mice, but no one arrived. I feel misled and disappointed by this broken promise. I paid $145 for the initial treatment, but due to the lack of professionalism, I no longer wish to use your services. I hope you will refund the money for the service that was not provided.

I came across this company through a solicitation they left on my door. My ring doorbell caught the representative being disrespectful of my property and walking across my yard. Why can’t the representative be more professional and stay to the pavement? You never get a second chance to make a first impression. I threw away the solicitation

Jury is still out on lawn care. Started with them a year ago. Weed control was poor throughout the summer. My concerns were met with " it takes a year to achieve the benefits of our service ". We will see this summer. Pest service is good.

They have great customer service skills and are very polite. However, when they sprayed the first time, before we moved into our house we'd just bought, they sprayed inside and outside. The house was empty, and there were no bugs. On the quarterly spray, they did not ask when would be convenient. They came by and sprayed outside only, charging the same fee as for when they also sprayed inside. So, less service and same fee. We have seen a few bugs inside since the most recent spray. I'd give more stars, if they'd come give the same service for the same charge, since spraying just outside was clearly not effective enough.
