Zach, as well as everyone we spoke with was fantastic. He did a great job of talking us through all he was going to do. We appreciated the help on such short notice.

Zach was so nice and incredibly informative and helpful. He showed me what the black widow webs look like so I can keep an eye out for them and avoid and made sure to hit all of my extra concerning spots, thank you Zach!

Zach came and sprayed the interior and outside of my home. He was very professional and made us feel comfortable. It’s very scary having someone new come into your home. But that was not the case with him. I wanna give a huge shout and thank him so much!!

From my initial call in to the company, speaking to Devon to Zach showing up at my doorstep, Quit Buggin' Me Pest Control has been professional all the way! I appreciated that all my questions were answered both when I called in and from Zach, I received reminder messages and I was extremely comfortable allowing them into my home. It was obvious to me that these professionals enjoyed their job and love the company they work for. That speaks volumes to me. I appreciate a company that remembers what customer service is these days, I will definitely get the word out!

Zach was very knowledgeable about the pests and the products he was using. I always try to keep harsh chemicals out of my home and have been anxious about all my animals around these sprays but he reassured me that it was okay and elaborated that what they use is safe. He told me what everything was called and was extremely careful when he was spraying. He is very polite, genuine and kind. I’ve put this off for as long as I could but I’m super happy I did it and will be using them from now on.

Products didn’t work at all and every time they sprayed I had to leave the house for a few hours because their chemicals burned my throat and eyes and irritated my lungs. They also keep calling me even though I canceled them over a year! Even told them how bad their chemicals burned and they still keep calling me offering better prices and discounts. The only thing these people bug is their customers! Terminix is better Update: thank you for your response Six months after my review. For clarity, your website and customer service team focus on safe products for people and pets. I’m sure you probably use what most others use in different formulations and quantities. My initial review did not attempt to say your products didn’t work. That said I had issues with some biting pest in a child’s room and your service men tried various approaches and when it didn’t work said, well we don’t use the really hard stuff so it’s a trade off. Yet in my experience, your products were just as harsh, or harsher and less effective. And we did have interior treatment regardless of your delayed response claims. Either way, from our experience, your customer service team failed to remove our name over and over again fdwspite repeated ask. Even on this platform, reasonable customer service responses don’t take six months. A simple “sorry our products irritated your skin and throat and we’ve finally removed your name from our sales list” would have been enough. I don’t appreciate your attempts to rewrite the narrative two years after we stopped using your horrible products! Also I’ve never before or after experienced pest control that literally paints the entire patio leaving actual pools of product across the entire concrete slab ten feet from the door! I’ve only seen bead lines or a thin overspray no more than a 8-10 inches and it dries quickly. When the next pest company came out he said he hadn’t heard of spraying entire patios either and shared concerns about over spraying. Pick a lane, same products same effect or we’re safer and pet friendly but sometimes not as effective. Thanks and yes I’d easily agree your service men were nice but they do comment a lot about whomever team member worked the property before them and that they used the wrong products or formulation which was odd to me.

Chris is very professional, he knows about getting rid of your pests. I live on a slab and had a suger ant problem and he came, and quickly resolved my problem. Quite bugging me can get rid and solve your problems in the upmost professional manner!

Excellent customer service. I’ve had service with Quit Buggin’ Me for 3 months now and the team, from office staff to technician, has been exceptional. This independent company is the type of local business that I gladly support because they are part of the community and they take care of their community by providing exceptional customer service. Any time I’ve called, Ashley has always been responsive and the technicians have been the utmost professional. We’ve not seen spiders or bugs come in the house after just 2 sprays.
