I had Platinum come out for a huge box elder bug problem. The technician was very courteous,and explained what the treatment would consist of. It’s been several days now and I have not seen them anymore. I would highly recommend their service when you are needing pest control services.

The tech text me that he was on the way which gave me plenty of time to prepare for his visit. He came in with a greeting and quickly and efficiently completed the job. I would highly recommend.

The technician sent a text letting me know he was in route and they also have an app that allows you to track their location in route. The technician arrived and was very knowledgeable and very professional to let me know what all was being completed and what he recommended. Knowledgeable team that can get rid of most any pest the we see in our home. Centipede and scorpions are getting out and about right now. They help get rid of them.
