Honestly, the guys that come and do the job are great. They’re friendly. They do what we ask and spray where we tell them we’ve seen most bug activity. No complaints with any of their technicians. Although, they are really fast and are only here for like 10 minutes. So not sure how much really gets done as I’m not following them around. However, the sales guys are pretty pushy when you first sign up.. and then of course, I should’ve known that the contract they have you sign, is because the quality of their product sucks! We ALWAYS have bugs no matter what.. and even on months that they do not come to spray, I’m still paying $70… It’s over priced.. plus it is so hard to get ahold of anyone.. and there’s that $200+ fee (because it was a fee that was removed when you first sign up) you have to pay to terminate the contract early.. Also, when we first signed up we let them know Fridays and Saturdays work best, yet they continue to schedule us all Willy nilly and it’s not on a Friday or Saturday… so then I have to reschedule.. I do have a busy enough schedule as is, it’s just frustrating.. Now I know better.. If someone has a good product that truly works, they won’t need to force you into a contract and they’ll make it easier for you to be able to reach them. I cannot wait to cancel services with this company!

I hired them specificallly to get rid of the tunneling rodents. After 8 months I see fresh activity but am told they don't handle that type of tunneling rodent.

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I have received from your company. I was charged for two months of service, yet no technician ever showed up to perform the services I paid for. During this time, I discovered mice in my home, which is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete failure to provide the pest control services promised. I have photographic evidence documenting the presence of mice if proof is required. Despite your failure to deliver the agreed-upon services, I was additionally charged a termination fee when I requested to cancel the contract due to your company’s nonperformance. Charging a customer for canceling a contract when services were never provided is unreasonable and unfair and i explained i not longer live on the property where the service was suppose to be execute. .

The service provided is well enough. My home is clear of insects, even with the rainy spring. However, the billing of this company is ridiculous. There was an issue with my card and payments were not going through. The company never notified me that they were not receiving payments until they sent me a bill for close to $1000. This means, in the six-eight months of the card not working, they never reached out to me at all to resolve the issue, especially when they have both my email and phone number. And in order to resolve this, I have to call and speak to someone who is not in Tulsa. Highly disappointed with this experience and will be cancelling this service after I pay the remaining balance.

Honestly, I have no idea if there was treatment done on the 20th. I do not approve of "day-of-service' notice that someone is coming out. I'm not pleased with results and have said so on at least one occasion. I believe my contract should be over by now and I want it over. I don't want your service any longer.

Expensive I also still see spiders in the house. I have revisited my plan. I have no recourse unless I want to lengthen my term. Your techs in the past have not cleared webs as stated and won't enter the house to spray for spiders. I still see spiders in the house. This company has very poor customer service as well. Very difficult to talk to, full of obtuse people who arent listening to the problem. They don't understand the problem or my request when I directly ask for a simple reschedule, for example. I get the impression they go around the outside quickly and hit as many houses as they can every day regardless of whether or not the homeowner is there to let them in, saying it isn't necessary. Well, I still see spiders, so something isn't working.

These guys ignore no soliciting signs and not only is that illegal but it’s rude. Not just knocking once but twice! I will actively not be using your business as you disregard boundaries before we even meet.
I have been with Aptive over a year and it’s been so so nothing special but this time I am so disappointed in Aptive this time!! I have 3 massive spider webs on my front porch and wasps flying all around them. They didn’t even have the decency to knock any of the spider webs down. I honestly have not noticed anything great about Aptive that I can’t do myself. Because they are not doing what they are paid for. Oh all the disappointment pics are only the front porch not any other part of the house. Guess I’m gonna learn more about bugs and Home Depot!

Had to call the corporate office for the 3rd time. Today this company was fired and warned of trespassing! Very dishonest company with misleading business practices! Don’t trust them! Consumer be warned! I live in 1.12 acres and was promised that my “entire” yard would be treated for fleas and ticks…. The technician was there for exactly 10 minutes! The entire service was on 8 different security cameras! Ripoff!
Here's what you get with Aptive. Guaranteed late service Service done in 10 min or less Wasps nests still visible when finished even when they claimed to have removed them from the eaves When you choose not to pay for a 9 min application not completed, they will send it to collections. Would not recommend
