Tristan completed our service on 2/6/26. He let me know when he was on his way, when he arrived, and called when he was finished. The guy even took my trash bins back up from the curb to the house! What a great guy and awesome service!

I am very satisfied with Tactical Pest Solutions. They actually show up when they say they are going to be here and spray only the things I want them to. They stopped all bugs from getting in the house and solved my gopher problem.

It is so awesome to be back with Tactical! We contracted with another pest control company and it didn't go very well at all. Tactical technician Jameson went above and beyond today by attacking 2 well established wasp nests and removing multiple mud dobber mounds around the entire property along with the general spraying inside and out. There are a lot of pest control companies out there that make a lot of promises and struggle to keep those promises. Tactical is not one of those companies! They do what they say they are going to do and exceed expectations. I very highly recommend this company and will never use another pest control service! Give these guys a call!

Tristan was very professional and provided advance notice of when he was going to arrive, which was super helpful in ensuring my dogs were put away and gates unlocked. He also checked in with me before and after service, explaining the areas he gave extra attention and why. Overall, Tristan was a fantastic technician who made me even more confident in my decision to choose Tactical Pest.

I called today and the lady who answered the phone was very polite. I was told I would be called back shortly after trying to schedule an appointment. I waiting a little over an hour to receive a phone call back which is perfectly fine. I called back and was told they do didn’t want to service me because they do not have a lot of customers in my area. I live in the Tulsa metro area. The website clearly states they service my area. They didn’t plan on even calling me back. You will never have business in an area if you don’t provide it.

Sunny in our office was waiting on confirmation from me if she could quote you our gopher service. We are an Oklahoma City based business and are in the process of expanding into the Tulsa market. We are currently there in your areas two days per month servicing customers for general pest and termite. Our gopher service initially could require weekly follow ups and that isn’t something I can promise currently in the Tulsa market. I left you a voicemail personally.
