I called today and the lady who answered the phone was very polite. I was told I would be called back shortly after trying to schedule an appointment. I waiting a little over an hour to receive a phone call back which is perfectly fine. I called back and was told they do didn’t want to service me because they do not have a lot of customers in my area. I live in the Tulsa metro area. The website clearly states they service my area. It is so awesome to be back with Tactical! We contracted with another pest control company and it didn't go very well at all. Tactical technician Jameson went above and beyond today by attacking 2 well established wasp nests and removing multiple mud dobber mounds around the entire property along with the general spraying inside and out. There are a lot of pest control companies out there that make a lot of promises and struggle to keep those promises. Tactical is not one of those companies!

Tristan was very professional and provided advance notice of when he was going to arrive, which was super helpful in ensuring my dogs were put away and gates unlocked. He also checked in with me before and after service, explaining the areas he gave extra attention and why. Overall, Tristan was a fantastic technician who made me even more confident in my decision to choose Tactical Pest.
