I’m still not completely happy with the service provided. In the past the tech always removed and replaced the glue traps. Today, he rang the doorbell and when I answered he asked where I wanted them. I told him to just set them on the porch by the door. This is the 2nd tech that failed to complete the job. We may have to look for a different company to take care of all of our needs.

We have not used the services of this company before, but the owner Clayton and employee Brenden just did my daughter and our family a personal favor. One that was above and beyond. This type of character goes a long way to demonstrate the type of business this is, and who runs it. Will call on them if/when we need their services.

Hats off to both of these young men who serviced our home with care and concern, (Wes and Seth), to rid an infestation of Gnats and fruit flys. I am writing this review to express my appreciation for Seth, who visited our office today. Seth is a fantastic technician and was able to accommodate my multiple needs. I particularly appreciated his transparency and efficiency. I also want to acknowledge Hobbs, who is the absolute best and easiest to work with.

Steven York was polite and efficient. He addressed the issues I mentioned and completed the normal service in a timely manner. The product they use is working and I have never had a problem with odor or my pet getting sick from it. Reliable.

He left before doing the inside of the house.

They have been coming by once a month at my apartment managers request. I noticed about 4 months ago my cat getting sick within 24 hours after they spray. I watched your guy this last time and he deliberately sprays the cat food and water bowls. I don't know what his problem is with my cat, but the next time I catch him spraying my cats food, I'm pressing charges. Hidden camera is in place, I will get him.

I seldom leave reviews but this one is necessary. The problem is not with the technician because he is doing what has been taught to him first most important. The application for bug control was done with a little backpack sprayer OUTSIDE my home. I have a sprayer like that, probably better quality too! There was not enough pressure to spray thoroughly outside my home at all!! I have too much property to use a sprayer like that unless it's just for me to do normal maintenance as I do throughout the year. Not for a PAID pest control. The little spray that was applied around the parameter of my foundation was here and there not a solid spray, because of the lack of pressure on the backpack. I assumed that the service would be the same as I have had for the past several years when I called in to have it done. They would spray with roll out sprayer around my home and about 2 ft out. The front fence line and back patio deck and area. After the technician left, I called to complain. I was told then that Hobbs bought Kendrix Pest Control. That I would not have the same person or the same quality of service as before. They do not have any roll out trucks to spray as they did with Kendrix. The same person that came out all the time and did such an excellent job was not doing it any longer. I advised them the quality of work done, I could have done and probably better. I assumed that a resolution was going to be made. Maybe a call back and asked how they could resolve the situation. I have waited 2 days and have heard nothing. If I had an unhappy customer that had used my services for years, I would have called to resolve it. My personal opinion is choices were made unfortunately for the new company not to continue the quality of service as Kendrix did because of cost. I would have paid more to get better quality. Don't expect people to stay with a company and be charged the same for less quality of service. Not a good choice for the company.

Our experience with Hobbs started out great. I had Jim taking care of my father n laws yard and mine. I also had him do some pest control which he totally dropped the ball on and when my wife called him out on it he said he'd be back in another two weeks. Well that was in September and he and his wife refuse to answer my calls or even speak to my wife or I about the issue (which wasn't a big deal to begin with). After the dropping of service and no return calls I have now gone to another company that is more reliable and trustworthy and cheaper than Hobbs. So good luck. I will never be calling this guy again. POS

We experienced a rodent problem & hired Hobbs to come out & exterminate. Now here it is, end of November & we're having to replace the wiring harness to our dishwasher for the SECOND time now because our exterminator hasn't been taking care of things. Now we're in over our heads in service calls. Grrrr very very angry right now & will not be calling Hobbs again.
