Josh is great, and is very accommodating of a very unusual environment. Have been very happy with this service generally, always prompt and professional, and knowledgeable about their products.

We have loved Champion since we started using them! They are great at communicating. Careful to detail. Super professional. And just about darn near perfect. Gary has applied our treatments and is super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what they do and why. He is very personable. And super cool. We have little to no pest problems. I say little to no, because raccoons pester us all the time. We haven't entertained that discussion with Champion yet, but might need to!

Ace was a very knowledgeable technician and explained everything perfectly to me.Very respectful answered any questions I had.And I will definitely recommend to anybody needing any of your services

First time using Champion! Gary was great. He was informative, told me exactly what he was doing and went over what work expected! He is also very personable and professional!

The technician arrived at my house for a follow up visit for exterior spray. Asked technician not to spray my newly installed cameras I installed myself. Technician still sprays my 4K cameras ON CAMERA. DO NOT HIRE this company, their technicians can not follow simple requests and do not respect any of your property. First technician that sprayed interior sprayed over everything with no respect of anything, sprayed over the interior windows...literally sprayed with zero respect. DO NOT HIRE. I will be claiming damages for cameras. Pictures attached of tech spraying my cameras I told him not to, the physical damage and also the dots on the actual IR feed now. Unprofessional. Hopefully they are insured, THIS IS WHY I GOT 4K CAMERAS WITH TIMESTAMPED FOOTAGE. BRAND NEW HOUSE AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT IT!!!!!!! YOU CAN SEE THE CHAMPION LOGO ON THE WORK TRUCK!!!!!! FAIL! Please don't hire this company and lets get them OUTA HERE!!! WE NEED PROFESSIONAL WORK, WE WORK HARD TO BE ABLE TO CALL YOU CHAMPION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Interior technician also did not wear any booties(cheap disposable shoe covers) and just came in stepping on all my floors with dirty feet. Step yall's game up. Added timestamped screenshot showing no white dots in IR before service, added digital screenshot version for real cross reference..and I talked to the technician on the phone before serivce.I called and got a leave a voicemail message over the phone when I got the "your tech is on the way" text, the technician thankfully actually called and I was able to tell him not to spray the cameras over the garage...still did it...goofy company, ill be calling secretary of state tomorrow for this sorry LLC, Just imagine how they'd do my grandma/grandpa!!!. Champion, I will be firing you today when you wake up and just figure out what yall are spraying from your 20$ home depot pressure sprayers. I feel very disrespected and frustrated. They also said I was fired when I called to fire them cause they were salty! Not sure how you fire an unsatisfied customer lol! Trash company wants to talk smack back to customer because they cant follow simple instructions, tells me I could just wipe it off. How about you dont spray it OR if you do, YOU WIPE IT OFF and do professional work instead of getting mad you got caught in 4k. Yes I texted your tech when I returned home from work at 1am, thank you for confirming I spoke with him and had his number. Fool. CUSTOMERS BEWARE, if you have a complaint this company will "fire you" as a customer and send no correspondence saying service is terminated. Im sure they will try to charge my card again out of spite, champion representatives never apologized, told me i could wipe it off myself etc. And since you want to be petty the exterior service is supposed to include removing spider nests/wasp nest right? attached photos of spider nest still there. Straight up trash service. And show me "all weekend" i lit you up on friday night and have been waiting until Monday for you to open so can fire you.

The technician that services my property, Ty, does an awesome job. Very professional and personable. He always explains what he is going to do and what he has done. I have recommended Champion to others based on the customer service I have received from Ty.

As always, Willie did a great job. He let us know what he did, how long our pets needed to stay off the grass and watering instructions.i highly recommend Willie and Chanpion. 7/15/26 Willie came out again today and did a great job. I've never had a tech from any company communicate as well as he does. He texted me to let me know he was on the way. He called me to let me know when I got there. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what I needed to do regarding watering and allowing my dogs on the grass.

We have had Champion out twice to treat the property, so far so good! Randy was professional and did a great Job. Last company we had delivered a different quality of service each time they treated. I will give an update in the future.

Christie came out today for our fourth quarterly service. Two weeks ago we began seeing signs of a new pest, and she was able to locate the source and provide the necessary eradication AND preventive measures. She was thorough in her explanation of the issue, and even took me to see the issues. We’ve now had 3 different Champion technicians to our home, and they’ve ALL been phenomenal. I definitely recommend them for your pest control needs.
