They did the “blow out,” left a squeeze bottle of poison dust behind. Said they’d be back for a follow up in a week, that never happened. We called they finally come for the “follow up” a month later then charged $60 more on top of the $300+ we’d already paid. Waste of time and money. Their communication needs improvement. Long story short out $300+with little to no results. Thank you West Pest control, they will certainly make your $ disappear not the bugs.

Purchased the termite system a year ago for $1300 installed. Charged $400 a year for the bait stations to be looked at and replaced if needed and the guy came out only looked at 3 of the 12 stations and never said a word. Not much value in this product. Also punctuality is not their strong suite. Will not be a return customer!
