They did the “blow out,” left a squeeze bottle of poison dust behind. Said they’d be back for a follow up in a week, that never happened. We called they finally come for the “follow up” a month later then charged $60 more on top of the $300+ we’d already paid. Waste of time and money. Their communication needs improvement. Long story short out $300+with little to no results. Thank you West Pest control, they will certainly make your $ disappear not the bugs.

We’ve been pleased with the quality of service from Orkin, especially thanks to our technician, Dusty. He’s incredibly detailed, well-informed, and always willing to walk us through what he’s seeing and how he’s addressing it. Randall is the most kind person. He does an amazing job every single time! Any tine I call or text, I always get a quick response. I have referred him to my friends and family and will continue to do so!! I have kids, and even when they are trying to follow him around and asking him a million questions, he never seems to mind. I am constantly telling then to let him work, but he answers all their questions and is so sweet. My kids love him as well. Truly a wonderful man and does a fantastic job!
Paul is the best! He is kind, patience and understanding. He also the very knowledgeable regarding information about a problem and he shares this information with the customer. I would highly recommend Paul and the Westermite team to anyone. I plan to use them more!
