Red Dirt is awesome! We were over run with multiple pests but they came in, inspected, made a plan and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are courteous and knowledgeable and very willing to share specific details about what their plan was, the chemicals they use and how they work. They answered all our questions and gave us great feedback on how to move forward pest free.

Very unprofessional! When questioned about the second spraying David placed the blame on my tenant. Wanted more money to come back a third time but offered NO Guarantee for the work. Then got defensive and rude before hanging up on me. Would not answer a call back or message left. I have used Red Dirt in the past but Never Ever again!

Horrible customer service! Had to call them over 4x since no one wanted to return our calls/ voice messages. They aren't willing to come out to re-quote our property. I understand it's your busy season, but you're completely rude to a potential paying customer.

Expensive

The technician that came out was great. I was a little surprised at the price, and I'm still having an issue with mice. They offered to send a tech back out. Unfortunately, due to health reasons and a couple of family emergencies, I haven't been able to get a technician back to fix the issue. I think I may have upset the girl who answers the phone, I sure hope not. I'm hoping we are able to get someone back out, and my health cooperates with the appointment.
