Recently I had a problem, I had a few flying ants , my son thought they were termites! Ive Used Adams for years although I hadn't needed until now. I called & they came out right away. They did an inspection & told me it wasn't termites! While doing our inspection he noticed we had a leak on our sewer pipe. All of this cost me $00.00! Zip. Nothing. Im going to have them come back when it dries out & spray for spiders silverfish termites treatment. So in conclusion...... If you need exterminator

Questions are always answered with a thorough explanation of what, how, and why, with remedies and solutions for a given situation. Red Dirt, came in and remedied the pest situation to my satisfaction. I will retain Red Dirt for as long as I live in my home, which will be the remainder of my life. The technician that came out was great. I was a little surprised at the price, and I'm still having an issue with mice. They offered to send a tech back out. Unfortunately, due to health reasons and a couple of family emergencies, I haven't been able to get a technician back to fix the issue. I think I may have upset the girl who answers the phone, I sure hope not. I'm hoping we are able to get someone back out, and my health cooperates with the appointment.

Red Dirt is awesome! We were over run with multiple pests but they came in, inspected, made a plan and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are courteous and knowledgeable and very willing to share specific details about what their plan was, the chemicals they use and how they work. They answered all our questions and gave us great feedback on how to move forward pest free.
