GREAT PEOPLE! I called Rid X because we had some ants coming into our house. I was given some great advice and they even came out to look at our property. Our ants were not at an "infestation" level and were told that. Instead of charging me for coming out and a complete treatment, I was again given advice and guidance on controlling them myself. I respect the honesty and integrity of Tom the gentleman who came out and spoke with me. He not only took the time to tell me about a few products I could use he told me the best way to use them. If I am not able to control the ants using the guidance he gave me I WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE CALLING FOR A FULL SERVICE!
