I tried them years ago for weed control. It was not successful program. Now I tried them to EXTERMINATE moles, which they said they could do. Did not say that I had to go on a plan. What thay did DID NOT kill the moles just moved them into other areas of my yard. Very disappointed. Then they wanted me to do monthly. Why would I have monthly treatments when what they were using did not exterminate the moles???

Gonzalez Pest Control was suggested by a neighbor to rid our yard of ants that have overtaken the yard. The yard/driveway was clear for less than 24 hours. Upon asking the company to return, my mother was advised it would be a new charge! My mother has since attempted to get a credit for dissatisfaction of the spray being ineffective. For the past THREE WEEKS she has repeatedly been told, sorry, the owner is not available, we do not have the authority to issue a refund. Poor structure and customer service. In addition, when I attempt to check their website to review the return policy, I get a warning/risk that the site is public and my personal information (passwords, emails, etc.) is at risk of being stolen.

I scheduled a time slot for this company, a veteran owned company to spray my home. I waited for my 4 hour time slot and had no one show up. I called, and they didn't even have me on the schedule. I scheduled another time slot after that... Waited for them to show and never did. My husband and I are veterans and like to support veterans. This was very disappointing. We will go with someone else, but they lost a potential long-term customer and may have had other services done as well. Hope it was just a bad coincidence to happen twice.

They missed some spots in my house, recognized the mistake and corrected it immediately.

I don't normally post negative reviews. But after trying to receive service from Gonzalez twice... I took off work twice to meet them at my church. Both times they did not show. And we were a customer for several years. Thank you for your service but I'm good.

We contracted them to remove skunks from under our home. Three weeks later no skunk and was baiting the trap myself. Was still charged $150.00 We were promised a credit good for three months. Contacted them before the three months expired for a tick and spider problem. Was informed that they would not honor our credit. So in a nutshell, we're out $150.00 and no skunks. I've been a customer since 1996 and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Heed my warning. BEWARE

Very disappointed. They don't get the job done, or refund or credit you back when they don't do the job

I had a horrible experience with them, and the billing people did not do their job. I always paid a month ahead of time. Always had to call to even set up a follow-up visit to make sure they were coming out on time to get me taken care of. I had a younger gentleman come in and did a poor job on spraying my house did not seem to care if he did it right or not. All around , a horrible job would not recommend .
