Called today at 1231, Kolby picked up immediately. To say excellent customer service would be an understatement, Kolby and First Choice Pest Control’s team set an example for one thing many business lack in and that is customer service. Kolby gave his recommendation and I decided to let the professionals do what they do. I mentioned that I called at 1231, I had someone at my house ready to go within the hour and I am now sitting down to write this review at 1344. The guy who came out to spray showed professionalism, did a great job, provided the same standard of customer service Kolby laid out, took the call on short notice and sprayed the cellar, which I had forgotten to mention when on the phone with Kolby. I don’t write reviews often but First Choice Pest Control definitely deserves a 5 star and if it isn’t clear I highly recommend them.

First Choice was friendly, honest, attentive, and fast. Will absolutely use them again when the need arises!

They do excellent work and always on time. I called them because of a wasp nest and he came in took care of it. He also saw a fire ant nest and took care of them !

They were so kind and patient. I had a lot of questions and concerns and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. They were right on time and very efficient. 10/10 customer service!

I called on Friday afternoon to get a quote for termite treatment and he was at my house the next morning, on a Saturday at 8:30 AM sharp, as promised. He thoroughly treated our home and his helpers did a good job too. He even took out some fire ant mounds for me. He was professional and I’m so thankful he came so quickly after calling because knowing I had termites gnawing on my house was stressing me out. And my dog loves him, which is saying a lot because my dog loves NO ONE, not even me! I’m happy with the service we received and would recommend. He needs to give out tshirts to customers with his company info/logo :)

We had several companies out to give an estimate for bed bugs. Kolby was the only one who spent the time to examine each and every room. He educated us on the bugs and treated the whole house. The cost was less expensive than the other companies. I highly recommend First Choice Pest Control to anyone with a bed bug problem.

Never came back for the second service. Paid for 3 services and he never came back when we called the next month. I have phone records proving this and screen shots of missed calls and texts.
