Website says they close at 5pm. I show up at exactly 4:31 pm and was told they close at 4:30, despite the fact that they were waiting on the guy that walked in just before me. I was a new customer. Took my $570 worth of business to Ada Feed where they treat customers like they are appreciated. I won’t be back to red river.
It was my first time here in Ada and wanted to go by this location. After meeting the staff and meeting the new sales manager , all I can say is AWESOME EXPERIENCE. The Sales manager is very knowledgeable of all aspects of Agriculture. If you don't shop here, then you are missing out . Way to go Guys.
I called one day and he was here the next day. He was very friendly and informative even though I know he was so tired because he got here later in the day. My neighbors came over and wanted him to spray for them when he finished mine and bless his heart he told them he would.
Quick response, explained in detail how he would proceed to do termite control. Came out with in a week and did the work. I appreciated his honest open demeanor, and the quality of his work.
