The most unprofessional people I've dealt with! I called to cancel my contract because they charged me extra fees by switching my contract and ILLEGALLY taking money out of my account! I asked to cancel and not pay the cancelation fee but of course they don't want to. I will be seeking out legal help and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Service is mediocre. Sales rep sold and my 5 neighbors the plan telling us it was “OPEN CONTRACT” when they are signing you up for 18 months contract. Please be aware.
