I cancelled my account today. Forced a bill for a lawn treatment without setting up time and date with me as previously instructed. Arrogant staff and management.

Hi Mr. Khan, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Your fall application was part of an ongoing service that renews annually. We communicate that services will renew into the next season on the back of each invoice and in the seasonal renewal/prepay letter mailed in January (mailed in a green envelope with "Dear, customer, your account is active! Your lawn care plan and discount are enclosed" on the front of the envelope). A pre notification call was also made the day before service and a message was left (Your account was set up as a 'call ahead, message ok'. You also confirmed you received that message). Our records show you called the office 2 days after the service was completed and requested to cancel. It's unfortunate you feel this way, though if there's ever anything we can do for you in the future, feel free to reach out.
Always a fantastic experience with GSI from the technicians to the office staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend for anyone considering quality lawn care!
