Bug Shark - Cleveland

Literally the worst!!!! Don't ever use them! My husband signed up to have them spray for ants around the house & shop. Spray for hornets/wasps around the house and shop. Also put stuff in the yard for ticks & mosquitoes. We had ants in the house a month after the first spray. We called to complain and thought they were coming to respray for free. The lady sprayed around the house for ants in 10 minutes and left. They ended up charging us the full amount and never did any of the other stuff. THEN they charged us a stupid amount to cancel them coming out anymore.

Brandon with Bug Shark did a great job! He sprayed both the inside and outside of the house, was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer questions. The whole appointment was quick and easy, and he made sure everything was taken care of before he left. Overall, it was a great experience, definitely recommend Bug Shark!

Would not go with them again. They didn't finish the job and they didn't get rid of the ants i had.

Been using Bug Shark for a year now at my home. Their services have helped eliminate all the typical household bugs inside and outside of our property. The mosquitos aren’t nearly quite as bad either compared to previous years and before receiving treatments. All of the technicians always listen to our issues and treat them accordingly. I appreciate the great customer service and how they offer complimentary free treatments in between the regulary scheduled quarterly treatments. Eli recently came out for a service and was super friendly and respectful towards me. He treated our home with high attention to detail and was a pleasure to speak with.
