The whole thing is a scam. They say 100% Money back guarantee and as aoon as you make a complaint they argue and fight with you about it. Today was the last atraw. I requested to speak with the person in charge I was told Rob would be able to assist. Rob w absolutely unprofessional and argumentative he was not willing to listen shy pay for a service for 12 months and you've done less than nothing to rectify the issue?? I've baked things for these people back when I thought we'd get somewhere...

Orkin is very unreliable, I hired them for pest and mosquito control. Their service technician never came to my third pest appointment and they never performed the mosquito service. I signed a service agreement and they charged $40 over the signed agreement and I had to call and get it refunded. They charged for services they never completed and charged $40 over the service agreement monthly. I would recommend finding other companies that actually perform service and follow their own service and

This will be my first and last time going with Orkin. One star is even too highly of a rating. I paid $600+ for a bed bug treatment that did absolutely nothing, the problem was still there THE NEXT DAY. A waste of money, time and preparation. I’ve tried to contact them for a follow up appointment but they don’t answer the phones, nor do they return calls!
