The whole thing is a scam. They say 100% Money back guarantee and as aoon as you make a complaint they argue and fight with you about it. Today was the last atraw. I requested to speak with the person in charge I was told Rob would be able to assist. Rob w absolutely unprofessional and argumentative he was not willing to listen shy pay for a service for 12 months and you've done less than nothing to rectify the issue?? I've baked things for these people back when I thought we'd get somewhere...

I'm a HUGE "DIY" guy! Unfortunately, for the life of Me, I COULD NOT get rid of the yellow jackets that plagued my family!!! First I tried to burn them out (ALWAYS worked in the past) then I tried chemicals that "guaranteed" a successful extermination, both only left me frustrated while my infestation remained!!! After getting nailed twice, my son once, and my dog so severely we thought we were going to lose her, My wife & I decided it was time to call a professional!! We both looked through
