Safe Home Termite and Pest Control did an excellent job inspecting a property, but also when the lender required an additional outbuilding inspected came back out to fulfill that request almost 2 weeks later. I will be referring all my friends and family that need an Wood Destroying Insect inspection to Safe Home.

This is an unprofessional establishment. You pay $264.00 the first time they come out and spray for pest. You have to wait 21 days after they spray and then they will come out and it’s $100 next time they come out. The first time the exterminator for Safe Bug comes out it was pure hell every single day. Didn’t get better not one day after I paid $264.00 I called 3 times to speak to the exterminator. Name is Rob. He wouldn’t call me back not once. When you call their number for Safe Bug I believe you get his mother answering phone. I left several messages for Rob to call me the chemical was not working and Rob would not return my call. You have to wait 21 days after they spray for them to come out . Not one returned phone call. UNPROFESSIONAL!! He grabs your $264.00 with no problem. He wants that initial payment and does nothing to back his chemical!! I had them spray August 5, Here it is August 30th nothing got better absolutely crap he puts down. You’re better off going to Dollar General and get a can of raid!! He doesn’t know bugs!! He just knows the $$)) How much he can make. He’s a one man band no Establishment, it’s not a real business!! So his mother relays a message to me she says in the State of ohio if you don’t have pest we can’t spray!!! Are you kidding me that’s what the dirt bag says after getting $264 bucks??? Well if I didn’t have pest why did you grab the $264.00??? People run, do not choose this company!! Or should I call this a company?? lol Run, go to Orkin or Lowes even to buy a chemical!! This guy didn’t know you can’t see a black carpet beetle legs unless you got a microscope!! He didn’t know he’s insects!! He just wants to take ur cash and run!!! DO NOT CHOISE THIS GUY!! You will thank me!! I promise you!! He laid water down and left with my money!! You don’t have a boss, your a joke!!! People will write trashy reviews on you, there’s more to come. You wouldn’t know an ant 🐜 if it climb up your nose!! You Don’t know your bugs!! I sent indian Meal moths to your mommy’s phone number requested by your mother and you still don’t get it!! No idiot it’s not the 3rd house, I told you that the pantry pest are coming out of the dog treats. They are a nocturnal bug a night time pest. Again you have to use a microscope to see their eggs!! I used Integrity Bug solutions and I’m paying more money and they back their products 100 percent guaranteed!! He has 40 years of experience and identified the pest in 5 seconds!! Why couldn’t you Rob?? call Integrity Home solutions!! People will thank me!! Good luck Rob, Your a liar and it’s sad you can’t back your products!! This is a message to you and Deanna your mother, under the Ohio Revised Code in the State of Ohio it’s called THEFT for stealing money and not doing the job!! Lying, theft!! Good luck with that!! You do not listen do you, again unprofessional, I have lived at same address for past ten years my dogs have ate these bones for 8 years these bugs are in everything I own, they are so tiny they have gotten in everything I own, now do you get it?? Maybe if I drew you a picture you would had understood!! You think??
