I called this morning and Dan came out this afternoon. Prompt service!! We have a mouse infestation in our attic and some mice in our storage area downstairs. We contracted to have to whole house sealed to prevent further mice. Dan placed several traps in the attic and a few downstairs. We have to wait for dryer weather to seal to house. I will add to this review, with pictures, after the job is completed. The job is now finished!! The house is now sealed!! They caught 2 mice in the attic. They collected the traps, put bait boxes around the perimeter of the house. The boxes will be checked and replenished every 3 months for a year. They sprayed the attic and basement. The odor was strong!! We opened windows and started fans, but needed more. Dan brought a air purifier on Saturday morning. We ran that 4 days. That and time helped alot. We appreciated Dan bring that on his day off!! Thanks to Dan, Cody and the crew for the good job!!

I had a ground hog problem for over a year. That little whistle pig out smarted me every time I set a trap. I gave up and called American wildlife control. They came out the next day, set traps and the following morning we had the little vermin. The technician was great. And the cost was less than I expected.

Property owner for a home in Springfield, while far far away in California. We had worries of Raccoons getting into the attic through a drooping gutter that broke siding of the house away with it. The neighbors called us and said they saw raccoons on our roof, and there was a hole that looked wide enough for entry and exit to the crawlspace attic at the property. I had a new tenant moving into the location in just 3 days, and wanted to get any wildlife out and repairs made as quickly as possible. I reached out to a few different local companies and only two of them responded. A company guised as local wildlife removal, and America's Wildlife and Pest Control. The Company guised was able to provide a free quote to come out immediately, so I initially went with them. The inspector called me after and said there were CLEARLY critters coming in and out; multiple of them. He ran me through the bill and charges over the phone, repeating that he's, "trying to save some money here," as if his recommendations were cheap options. I had a bad gut feeling and called America's Wildlife back, even knowing they'd charge on initial inspection. I then received the invoice from the OTHER service company, and it turned out they were Terminex.. Which I did NOT initially know, and was trying to avoid, due to their reputation in the Springfield area. Ryan from America's Wildlife came out and inspected the damages. When he called, he was honest and told me that the attic was immaculate, and that there were no critters active in the home. He then went over the charges for repair of the gutter and siding, and WAIVED the initial inspection fee, since there were, in fact no critters. The charges for repairs were very reasonable, and because of his honesty and genuine work at the place, he and the company absolutely earned my business, recommendation, and commendation, while also saving me over $1,000 on fake findings that Terminex was so eager to, "help me save a buck" on. Thanks to you, Ryan and the team! Side note, America's Wildlife provides a plethura of flexible services, which allows you to decide around exactly what you'd like done. For instance, I hired them to remove wildlife.. They charged me nothing for that service through waiving the fees, and fixed the side of my house, while offering services on lint removal and wildlife repellent. Thanks again, guys.

Very knowledgeable company. They provided prompt attention and service. We felt that they were very thorough and we have already noticed a big difference in our pest problem in a short amount of time. Would recommend to anyone dealing with unwanted pests!

I highly recommend their services. Heard noises in my attic at 3 am and Ryan was able to come and investigate my issue the same day and had the traps set in same visit. They not only were there to help with suggestions for the issue at hand, but also did a full inspection and suggested other preventative measures to keep pest at bay. Their prices were reasonable and the customer service is phenomenal. Any time I called or text, Ryan responded right away to any questions or needs I had. I would definitely use their services again if any more issues occur in the future.

My brother had an issue with a critter in the attic. America's Wildlife did an inspection, set several traps and found where the racoon was entering. Within 2 days the racoon was trapped and removed. Chris and Dan communicated with me during the entire process. Thanks for doing a great job.

The best company out there for your pest needs! Where do I start… first off the owner, Drew, is wonderful! He not only runs an amazing business but he is a great therapist too! 😊 When we found out we had bats in our attic (and a bat bug issue), they were living right above my daughter’s room, I was so scared and sick to my stomach about it all and worried about her health. I had called him crying and he not only talked with me and made me feel so much better, he also rushed us onto the schedule and did it all for a reasonable price compared to other local companies that were trying to price gouge us. Dan, the head technician, was also wonderful, super knowledgeable and very friendly. He made the whole process smoother and more enjoyable. As for the employees, they are all wonderful, knowledgeable and respectful. They went above and beyond to make the process go smoothly and quickly for us considering the circumstances. They even put up with my crazy questions and favors of them. 🤪 We now have a clean and bat free attic! Thanks so much guys! We will be sure to recommend you to all of our friends and family! I am so impressed with this team! We encountered a flying squirrel in our bathroom and after 15 calls to other places, Drew offered to come out to help us even though they were very busy that day. Ryan and Dan came back to set traps and complete an inspection and then remove traps and cover entry points the following week. An absolute team of very kind professionals. They will be my first call if I have another need!

My granddaughter said she heard some noises up in my attic so I called and they came out, and sure enough I had a mouse infestation. They quickly sealed and caged off any openings to prevent any more incursions. They set traps in the attic and came back and checked on them. They sprayed a sanitizing spray all throughout my attic on to the insulation. They also put traps around the perimeter of the house. The next time I called them there was a wasps nest in my outdoor outlet cover. Again they were out here quickly and took care of the problem. Today I had to call them out for (thankfully) ant's. I thought maybe it was termites, but it turns out they think they're sugar ants and they are going to take care of that for me as quickly as they have everything else. Not only are they efficient and effective, but Dan and Cody are just nice, personable people to deal with. So glad I found them.
