Cody was on time and looked over my issues in the kitchen and did a spray of the kitchen and I will certainly call them again if I have any future issues. Happy with their service !

Defense Pest Control was fantastic. We had a problem with bed bugs brought in from an outside agency at my mother in-laws and they responded swiftly and professionally. Scott the owner, was exceptional in his explanation of the job and what the process would be moving forward. Cody his assistant came out and did exactly what was explained. Couldn't have been happier with Defwnae handling this delicate issue.

If it was possible to give more than five stars I would! Scott and his team are amazing to work with. They listened to me and answered all my questions (and had such patience) Scott is so professional and kind and the technician Cody I had out at the house truly went above and beyond. We had wasps building a nest in an external wall and getting into our house. Called Scott based on recommendation from a neighbor and he had someone here within a half hour. They quickly took care of treating for the wasp issue, and sprayed the entire perimeter of our house for other insects. All work was done professionally, promptly, and at a very reasonable price.

We had roof damage from a storm that turned into an ant infestation. I needed someone who could come out immediately before the roof construction started the next day. Cody with Defense Pest Control came out later that afternoon and took care of everything. He let me watch and explained his process. He was quick and effective to remove everything plus with a 60day guarantee. I was very happy with the response and service.

The owner is Awesome !! The Tech who came out to my home today was also Awesome ! I called on a Sunday afternoon with an emergency Bee 🐝 problem and was expecting voicemail. Nope ! The owner answered the phone and took all of my information on the spot. He guaranteed me a time for Monday morning and that time was honored ! The tech showed up and took care of business and was very respectful of my property and my family who was there. Will be using them again for preventative maintenance going forward ! As a small business owner myself who takes pride in taking care of customers and exceeding their expectations, dealing with this company was a breath of fresh air ! I’d recommend them to anyone !

Cody was so nice and did an amazing job. He is so knowledgeable about different bugs and he was very detailed. My dog loved him and my cat even came out and went near him, which she never does, especially around men, which tells me about the person he is. The owner Scott was polite and empathetic about how neurotic I am about bugs. He listened to me flip out and made sure to take care of the issue. I am having them back to treat our lawn and to fix a bee problem. Thank you Cory and Scott for the professionalism.

Full bug spray service inside & out, same day appointment, for a VERY reasonable price. You can’t ask for any more than that, but on top of it all, the technician was incredibly personable & friendly. I’ll be using Defense for a long time to come!

You can't go wrong with this company for insect control. I first call Defense Pest Control in 2020 when I was stung multiple times by Yellow Jackets that had built a nest in one of the drainage holes in an outdoor flower pot. I watched from the safety of our home as Scott, a Marine, would spray and be swarmed. He would take a step forward and spray again, and again very angry insects would swarm him. Step by step I watched him repeat the process till he finially reached the pot. I know they got in his suit because I would see him swat at his arms but one foot at a time Scott would advance and stand his ground. The following year I called when our dog got stung several times by (you guessed it) Yellow Jackets that built in my stacked stone wall. Scott took care of them for us. The year after that our son noticed them flying in and out of a window well by our patio door. I called Scott and he took care of them. It was then we got on his annual program and haven't had a problem since. I am a avid gardener and still have pollinators in my garden so what ever he is using is safe for our dog, the bees, and butterflies. I highly recommend Defense Pest Control for prompt, through attention !

They never showed up. And never called to cancel. I had to call them when they didn’t Show up in the three hour window they gave me to wait at my house.

Scott was very responsive the first time we had called about a yellow jacket nest. After the first treatment, the bees were still flying near our basement window where they treated the area so they came out a couple weeks later to fix the situation. However, weeks later we found a couple more bees nest high up near our chimney and have not heard a response back for over a week after leaving 2 voicemails.
