If it was possible to give more than five stars I would! Scott and his team are amazing to work with. They listened to me and answered all my questions (and had such patience) Scott is so professional and kind and the technician Cody I had out at the house truly went above and beyond. Another great part about this company is that they take the time to follow up and check in on their work and customers (that’s not an automatic these days with companies) and don’t just take your money and run!!
The owner is Awesome !! The Tech who came out to my home today was also Awesome ! I called on a Sunday afternoon with an emergency Bee 🐝 problem and was expecting voicemail. Nope ! The owner answered the phone and took all of my information on the spot. He guaranteed me a time for Monday morning and that time was honored ! Cody was so nice and did an amazing job. He is so knowledgeable about different bugs and he was very detailed. My dog loved him and my cat even came out and went near him, which she never does, especially around men, which tells me about the person he is. The owner Scott was polite and empathetic about how neurotic I am about bugs. He listened to me flip out and made sure to take care of the issue.
