This person can't keep an appointment (which he chose the time/day) for the life of him, so get ready for lots of rescheduling and/or showing late. Oh, and you'll typically have to call after an appointment is missed to find out if it's still happening or not. Has one strategy for mice (spray foam + poison bait, you could easily do it yourself, this is somehow worth close to $400), if it doesn't work, has no backup plan.
