I had Ideal out to clean our exterior windows as we have windows that are to high for us to clean ourselves and most companies ae not equipped to clean them They are new windows just installed less than 7 months ago. I told Ideal that because they were new there are handprints on the outside along with the marks from where the stickers were on when they installed. Due to fact they cleaned in the rain it was hard to tell if cleaned properly or not. There are still the marks from the stickers

Gary is always dependable and efficient. We have been using Ideal for years and have been so pleased with their service, their products and the results of their work. If we have any questions they are quick to respond and deal with anything that might come up. Wouldn't think of using any other company.
