They don't set you up on constant long term routes, no monthly sprays, they get rid of the problem and hopefully don't have to come back!

Had these guys out at my home today and was thoroughly impressed. They were incredibly knowledgeable, and by the time they left, I had a clear understanding of the issue and how they fixed it. Professional, respectful, efficient, and straight to the point. I couldn’t recommend them more for any insect control needs. 10/10.

Mike is a great guy. Iv used him a couple of times. Had him come out to my apartment this time to look at the unit and he couldn't find anything. Instead of just charging for a preventive or lying that he saw signs...he educated my tenant and didn't charge me a dime. Not a lot of businesses these days have that type of ethical business practice. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service.

Timely response to an appointment to determine what treatment was needed for the flying ants in the house. A slight schedulingnsnafunwss quickly and satisfactorily remedied and my home is bug free. Good customer service

If you need an exterminator, you can’t beat Helmick’s. The guys are very professional and friendly. They know their insects too. They’re a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the health of your yard and property. I’ve used them twice now, and I’ve been thrilled with the effectiveness and longevity of their treatments. You can call the place that starts with an O, but they’re going to spray a bunch of poisons that are ineffective and will likely make your pets sick. Helmick’s does treatments right. Using the right tools for the job. So, I hope if your reading this, you consider giving the guys at Helmick’s a call. They’ll treat you right.

Professional, prompt and friendly...

Helmick's is great! Our home has a lot of wood trim, and we noticed what appeared to be either rot or insect damage. I called Helmick's and they came right out; they'd only been here a couple minutes when the noticed we had a very large infestation of carpenter ants! (I knew we had lots of ants -- I just didn't know they were carpenter ants). Anyway, Helmick's sprayed inside and out, and we haven't seen an ant since. After paying a carpenter handsomely to repair the damage, we'll definitely be following up with Helmick's twice a year to keep the issue under control. 100% recommend.

We had Helmick’s spray our basement and exterior perimeter because we had a ton of spiders. They showed up and sprayed and it was supposed to rain that day so we told them if they needed to come back and do the outside another day that was fine. We were told as long as it didn’t pour it would be fine. Well less than an hour after they left it was a full blown downpour. No surprise we had probably more spiders then before we sprayed. My husband called and left message after message before ever getting a call back. Finally got a call back and was told they would come out that week or the next and spray the outside. No one has ever showed up to spray and will not call us back any longer. I don’t mind paying for a service but I expect to be treated professionally when I pay for something and not be ignored. I am very disappointed in the customer service. It feels at this point that they have no interest in helping us anymore. I wish now that I wouldn’t have paid until they came back to spray after the rain.

I called helmick cause I had bedbug bites all over me in our apartment he told us there was no live bedbug's but we didn't know he works with our old landlord we called integrity he found a few live bedbug's I believe the landlord paid the company to lie for them or he lied cause he already did 3 treatments there still there's bedbug's

Found bed bugs in my apartment, suspected they came from the neighbor based on what we know about her/we found holes in the wall where vinyl baseboards were improperly glued. Showed this to owner of company when he came to examine. Told me it was "impossible, they don't travel like that." Was very, very rude and kept blowing me off/talking over me. I asked for the other apartments to be examined( which he avoided doing but I kept asking about it). Turns out, WE GOT THEM FROM THE NEIGHBOR WHO HAD A HUGE INFESTATION. Owner is a jerk and doesn't know what he's doing.

Free estimate. With a receipt stating yes or no if pest were found is "$100 plus tax". He stated estimate is free "my signiture is $100 plus tax". Joke.

They never showed up. It took two calls and an email to even get an appointment. Then, they didn't show up. I played phone tag with an employee for a week, and the whole experience ended w/ me selecting another exterminator because these guys didn't call back. I would not recommend even dialing their number. Don't waste your time.
