He said he "didn't have time" to call. Therefore, we weren't able to have our termite inspection completed. The owner also arrived at the property a half hour after the scheduled time. I don't believe he would have shown up at all if I hadn't called when he was 15 minutes late. We do not live in Newark, so we ended up wasting 2 1/2
